A very warm welcome to our Year 4 class!

We are excited for a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter, challenges and new experiences. Our classroom is a place where every child is encouraged to be themselves, try their best and feel proud of what they achieve.

This year, we will focus on building confidence, independence and a real love for learning. We will encourage the children to be curious, ask questions, embrace challenges and develop the skills they need to become confident and independent learners.

Most importantly, we will work together as a team to create a happy, safe and supportive classroom where everyone feels valued, respected and able to succeed. We will celebrate each other's achievements, learn from our mistakes and encourage one another every step of the way.

We are looking forward to watching our Year 4 children learn, grow and flourish together throughout the year. Here's to a wonderful year ahead!

School Day Timings

Autumn 1 - Class Timetable

Key Information for year 4

PE – Year 4 PE days will be Thursday and Friday this half-term. Please ensure children come to school wearing their PE kit, with long hair tied up and no jewellery.

Homework – Please focus on Timestable rockstars and Morphs to help your child with their times tables and spellings. Please encourage your child to access these apps 3-5 days every week for at least 10 minutes each.

Reading – Please ensure your child reads and has their diary signed 3–5 times a week.
