A very warm welcome to our Year 4 class! We are so excited to begin this new school year together. Year 4 is a fantastic time for children to grow in confidence, take on new challenges, and explore exciting topics.

This year, we will be:

🌍 Exploring fascinating history, geography, and science topics

🎨 Getting creative with art, design, and music

🤝 Working together as a team, supporting and encouraging one another

We want every child to feel happy, confident, and ready to shine. Our classroom is a place where curiosity is celebrated, mistakes are seen as steps to learning, and everyone’s voice matters.

School Day Timings

Autumn 1 - Class Timetable

Key Information for year 4

PE – Year 4 PE days will be Tuesday and Thursday this half-term. Please ensure children come to school wearing their PE kit, with long hair tied up and no jewellery.

Homework – Homework will be given out on Fridays and should be returned the following Friday.

Reading – Please ensure your child reads and has their diary signed 3–5 times a week.
